Every purchase you make directly supports the Miharo Ora Neurodiverse Centre in Motueka. 100% of proceeds from our sensory toys, merchandise, and resources go back into funding after-school and holiday programmes for autistic and neurodiverse tamariki and their whanau. 1.   What We Sell

 

Our Shopify store supports our charitable mission through the sale of:

 

Tē Whare Mīharo Ora Trust is a registered charitable trust under the Charities Act 2005 (NZ). All proceeds are reinvested directly into our centre and programmes.

We use New Zealand Post and CourierPost for domestic deliveries. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

4.   Free Local Pickup — Motueka

 

If you are local to Motueka or the Tasman region, you are welcome to collect your order from our centre free of charge. Please contact us before selecting this option at checkout so we can arrange a suitable time.

5.   Order Processing Times

 

We are a small, volunteer-supported charitable centre. Please allow:

6.   Digital Products & Enrolments

 

No shipping applies to the following:

 

If you do not receive your digital item within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at hello@miharoora.nz.

 

7.   International Shipping

 

At this time, physical goods are shipped within New Zealand only. If you are based overseas and wish to purchase digital resources or make a donation to support our centre, please contact us directly — we would love to hear from you.

8.   Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

We take great care in packing every order. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
